Try choosing your secound class as mesmer. Some examples:
Blood/Domiation build: Name: Echo of Blood. Or EoB for short.
Blood magic: 16. (+1 +3)
Domination: 12
Soulreaping: 4 (+1) Just because you have spare points.
1. Vampiric gaze.
2. Backfire.
3. Arcane acho. (Can be substituted for another DoT or status effect skill.)
4. Life transfer. (Elite)
5. Diversion.
6. Awaken the blood. (I would'nt suggest removing this skill unless you have a superior blood rune. explained below)
7. Strip enchantment.
8. Res / users choice.
Over view:
In the EoB build, your goal is simple. Cause serious problems for a singular target. Like a monk for example. Using Arcane echo you should be trying to run two versions of your elite skill at all times. This build is a single target destroyer. Choose your victim, while slinking back behind the tanks but know which target you're going to be attacking. Generally choosing a monk will help your team alot.
Side note: About awaken the blood. I suggest due to the fact you will be trying to run 2 consecutive life transfers having this skill in for the extra damage it makes the spell do, unless at the very least you have 16 blood magic. In which case you can remove it for Barbed signet. Might not sound like a great skill, but in the Tombs you dont often have alot of energy, specially as a necro, this skill gives you some damage output even when your energy is 0. There are alot of skills you can put in its place and remember to always play a build you find fun, so take everything i say as a suggestion, not as fact.
Start by casting backfire on the monk, followed by casting arcane echo and then life transfer. The monk will see backfire and simply run away waiting for a chance to heal himself (this is a extremly common, with any attack on a monk, but this tactics built for this specific goal in mind.) Just bide your time and wait, until backfire is almost finnished, cast diversion, and then your secound life transfer. (this works on any class but in HoH the monk should be your target) His heal will be diverted for 47 secounds, and his health will be suffering. If the monk was foolish enough to use healing breeze or an enchantment like it, strip it using strip enchantment. As the monks health is steadily decreasing repeadily cast diversion to divert all the skills he decides to use to a much later time. When you're ready hit him with vampiric gaze and watch the target eat dirt.
If you gave me more information, i can help you make a build which will do what you want it to do.
Just say: What secoundry class you want involved in the build. If you dont want a secound class involved simply say 'pure necro' or words to that effect.
Just say: What you want him to do. Kill warriors. Kill monks? Kill archers? Kill casters? Try to be well rounded? I'll try to help.
